John joined All Flex in 2017, he previously worked in various finance roles for over 21 years. John has a BA from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance from Wake Forest University. In his spare time he enjoys coaching youth sports (basketball and lacrosse) and spending time with his family. The thing he enjoys most about working at All Flex is the teamwork and can do attitude that abounds.

Stacy joined the All Flex team as CFO in 2020.  Her career reveals a diverse blend of industry experience, including over 10 years in manufacturing.  Stacy is a CPA, with a BS in Accounting from Mankato State University. Stacy’s favorite part of working at All Flex is serving the organization as a trusted advisor, especially as part of our “we find a way” core value.  She also strives to have plenty of laughs at work, every day! Outside of work, Stacy enjoys traveling, biking, and hiking with her Siberian Husky.

Kurtis has 18 years of experience in leadership roles focused on operational excellence while providing thermal solutions and flex circuits to medical, defense, aerospace and other high-tech industries.  Kurtis has earned degrees in Computer Programming and Business Administration, multiple certifications through Six-Sigma, LEAN, APICS, and he also affiliates with LEAN Partners and the Mfg. Leaders’ Alliance.  Kurtis enjoys working along-side people that “find-a-way”, and exemplify the core values that make All Flex a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Linda has spent more than 25 years in various HR roles working in manufacturing, education, software development and agriculture, She joined All Flex in 2018. What Linda likes best about working at All Flex is the opportunity to work and interact with a diverse community of people. When Linda is not at work she enjoys traveling, walking, biking and hiking.

Kelsey joined the All Flex team in 2018. Her favorite thing about All Flex is talking with clients to learn about all the fascinating ways they use flex circuits and heaters in their applications. Kelsey has a BS in Public Relations & Advertising from NDSU and an MS in Communication from MNSU. When Kelsey is not at work she enjoys traveling around the world.

Jason has been with All Flex since 2018 after spending 6 years working in the industry as a process engineer and an applications engineer. Jason has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from St. Cloud State University and he enjoys most about working at All Flex is our team and helping turn customers ideas into viable solutions. In his spare time Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, playing with his two kids and his Labrador.  

Kevin has been in the flex circuit industry for over 32 years, during those years he has held several positions as: Manufacturing Engineer, Program Manager, and Applications Engineer. When Kevin is not at work he enjoys spending time at home with his family, especially his grandkids.  

Chris has been working in the flex circuit and heater industry for over 25 years, and joined the All Flex team in 2017. He says the best part about working at All Flex are his co-workers. Chris enjoys sailing and if he is not at work you will find him out on the lake.  

Darcy has worked at All Flex since 2008. She is responsible for managing the customer support team, servicing key accounts and ensuring our overall customer satisfaction. Darcy’s favorite part of working at All Flex is working with our dedicated team and striving to meet or exceed our customers expectations. In her free time she enjoys traveling and spending time with her busy family. She possesses a BA in Business Education from the University of Minnesota. 

Erica joined the All Flex team in 2016. Erica enjoys working with all of the people at All Flex and the family atmosphere at the company. Erica is very involved in the community and is always busy with outdoor activities.
